The time of year has come round again for your clubs AGM.

Please attend as it is important to your club.

As stated in a previous post the day is in memory of our beloved past member Beryl Cox, a fantastic amount of £213 was raised on the raffle and will be donated to the motor neurones disease research in memory of Beryl 💚💚

A big thank you to the 48 competitors that supported the event & the members that came in following late drop outs.

ℹ️ Members recent Covid information update ℹ️

Following the Government’s lifting of Plan B restrictions, the wearing of face coverings by members and visitors when entering and moving around the centre is now no longer a mandatory requirement.

However, it is recommended that members/visitors should continue to wear a face covering when entering and moving around the social area of the centre, this is a personal choice.

Additionally to assist in trying to keep members/visitors safe we ask that you continue to use the hand sanitisers located around the centre

An updated Return to bowls Covid Risk Assessment will be on the club notice board as of Tuesday 1st February 2022.

Cox Pairs trophy
Sunday 30th January

Due to late drop outs for various reasons we require 4 players to make up the numbers.

Can you assist in making up the numbers?

Entry fee is £10.50 which includes a full day of bowls and a 2 course roast dinner.

All proceeds from the raffle will go towards Motor Neurone Disease research in memory of our much loved club stalwart member Beryl Cox.

Teams are drawn and players of all ability are welcome so if you are available on Sunday please contact the centre and advise the steward of your availability.
