Hi guys with over 20 years of teaching in west wales and specialising in our Tonic Surf Therapy program for the last 13 years working on improving young and olds mental health in our community is our passion.We will take surf lesson bookings over the holiday period but please don’t phone or mail and expect to be fitted in that day or the next as we are super busy.Think ahead to avoid disappointment and we will always try to accommodate you 🙏🏿🤙🏿

We will be teaming up to offer taster "Adaptive surf sessions", using an array of adaptive surf equipment including seated surfboards, tandem boards, prone boards, foamies etc.

will be hosting a "Beach Access To All" event with accessible water-sports providers hosting demonstrations, talks and activities.

It's a day to keep in the calendar for sure with Celtic Deep , Windswept Watersports and Wild Swim Wales all attending.

In between sessions, we all welcome you to come along for a chat. We can answer any questions you may have and let you know about exciting inclusive projects happening around Pembrokeshire in the summer months.

This great event is on the 15th May, 11am - 3pm at Whitesands beach, St Davids.
