I’m running a Pilates Balance Master class Tues & Thurs mornings at Great Park Community Centre.
Pilates Balance will focus on different techniques to target and improve balance, challenging you in lots of different ways…it can be quite challenging but lots of fun!
Classes are nearly fully booked, but a couple of spaces are still available. You don’t need any experience, just a yoga mat and grippy socks :)
No Reformer? No problem. Using the bands in Mat Pilates offers the support that mimic the constant tension of the springs, allowing deep muscle engagement, improving strength, range and flexibility.
Mat Pilates challenges you in so many different ways 👏👏
