If you're thinking about trying HIIT training for the first time 15 sets of 45 on 15 rest may seem quite daunting. When you're first getting into HIIT longer rest periods are just part of the course. With this in mind we have some music we've designed for relative newbies with 14 sets of 30secs on and 1min off. we've integrated a warm up and warm down so just press play and work to the kick drum.

A new exciting functional fitness music product that is set to remix HIIT training worldwide, pushing people harder with fully automated work/rest tempo changes for a variety of workout times and intensities.

Our platform features original underground music developed with fitness professionals, DJs and producers.

Like all good ideas HIIT DJ is a simple concept, when the kick drum thumps you work when it stops that's your rest period.

The format is as follows:
