Hello everyone, just an update here on the new small group exercise class to be held at Hunton Village Hall. There are 3 spaces remaining!
This class is focused at older adults and people living with life changing conditions such as stroke, heart/respiratory conditions, and MS.

Have you heard of the Ladies Group running at Disability North? 👀
The ladies group is a relaxed pace, super friendly, small group exercise class for women who live with life changing conditions such as stroke, MS, heart or respiratory conditions.
The class is for all abilities and fitness levels, is entirely at your own pace, and is a great social occasion with others you can relate to.
We use a use a whole host of equipment.... There is something there for everyone!
In the classes we look at all aspects of health & fitness too. Mobility, flexibility, strength, falls prevention, balance, muscular endurance, cardio vascular fitness and much much more.✨
Classes are held every Monday at 12.30pm, and we have 1 space remaining!

🎉🎉NEW SMALL GROUP EXERCISE CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT🎉🎉
Yes folks, a new class is heading it's way to the North Yorkshire Dales, Hunton Village Hall, Fridays at 2pm🥳
This small group exercise class will be focused mainly at older adults, people struggling with mobility, and those living with life changing conditions such as stroke, heart complications or MS.
It will be a friendly atmosphere, relaxed paced, and open to around 6-10 people.
We will be starting with a few trial sessions to begin with in April.... Dates to be announced in the coming weeks.

Well everyone, today marked the first ever LADIES GROUP down at Disability North! Woohoo! 🥳🎉
Such a great day, and fun had by all. It really was lovely meeting everyone ✨
We looked at all aspects of exercise, had a go of all the kit, done some group activities, and had a great laugh while doing so 😁
Can't wait for the next one!...

What is the ladies group you may ask? I will tell you...
The ladies group will be a relaxed pace small group exercise class for women who live with life changing conditions such as stroke, MS, fibromyalgia, heart or respiratory conditions.
In the class we will be using all manner of kit, free weights, specialist mobility equipment, Pilates balls, cables & pulleys, resistance bands, ski ergs, parallel barres and much much more! There is literally something for everyone ,and all fitness levels are welcome.
In the classes we will be looking at all aspects of health & fitness too. Mobility & flexibility, strength, falls prevention, balance, muscular endurance, cardio vascular fitness and more.✨

Right guys, some good news for those seeking online coaching... I have two new exciting features with my online coaching service! 😃🎉
Just a quick recap for those unaware of my online coaching service:
It all starts with an initial 30 minute phone or video call consultation/assessment. I then provide you via email a tailored exercise plan. This can be for you to carry out at home, or at your local gym.
We then check in with a follow up 20 minute catch up once per month. This catch up is to talk training and ensure you are on the right track. In this we can see if we need to adapt, progress or regress on exercises. Your programme would then be updated and away you go again for the month!
What are the new features you may be wondering?...
NEW PROGRAMME STYLE - So, your personalised programmes will arrive via email as usual, but in a new smart downloadable document which can be printed or just opened as and when you are about to do some training.
COACHING PACKAGE PLUS - A whole new additional option to my original coaching platform. This new option (coaching plus) will actually include video tutorials from me of your home workouts! These videos will be sent via WhatsApp for you to view as and when needed. So, you can get a visual step by step guide for all your exercises you have been programmed.
