I am proud to announce that as of Sunday the 3rd of May, will be raising money for the Lulliby trust.

I will be putting on a series of classes throughout the month of May!
What will you receive for taking part?
1️⃣ 16! 40 minute! Group pt training sessions.
2️⃣ 121 nutrition to combat lockdown.
3️⃣ A before and after transformation.
4️⃣ The plan from the class you took part in.
5️⃣ Group support via whatsApp.

Fund raising will last for the entire month of May and all zoom classes will be £5. The link for the class will be given on payment. £5 is a minimum payment, but you can contribute more if you see fit.

100% of the proceeds will go to charity!!!

The schedual will be as follows:
Monday - 8am
Thursday - 12pm
Friday - 8am
Sunday - 12pm
With daily challenges and to do lists to complete to keep you, your kids and all your friends and family entertained!

Now you can join in with us at any point in the month, it's never to late! The more the merrier!!

Getting the most out of your experience with us. Upon starting with or may challenge you will receive instructions on how to do all your measurements and take your photos to get the best comparison results.

"Daddy daughter workout" episode two!

My workout must have been as s**t as my crack, as Ella didn't stick around for the full thing 🤣😭

Now this was a full body workout with a lower body focus🦵

I've left the sound on this time to not only can you hear Ella tell me my hair is pretty, I have a big fat belly and force feed me crisps (not that I put up much of a fight)😂 but also so you can listen the absolute banging tunes I had on during! 🎶

Warm up:
1/2 jax, marches, leg raises, vert swings, horiz swings and shoulder ext.
Main workout:
1) Pull ups / Walking lunges
2) America Kb swings / Bicep curls
3) Push ups / Walking lunges
4) 60/60/60 - sit ups, leg raises, russians

Ive took my sweet time...but I am finally starting to dig these home workouts!

🏡Tag someone you know who like me, has been struggling with training at home. 🏡

What has worked for you? Share some tips you've found work for you.

Before all this kicked off we all had select times that we would roll over to the gym. Nothing is different now. Selecting a time to train keeps you accountable and less likely to skip a session!

For some people, the early birds among you (deffo not me😴) early morning sessions are perfect, especially parents. Sessions are ticked off bright and early! Increasing productivity, mood and energy levels for the rest of the day... All before the kids are even awake 🤔😏

Put your phone away during your workouts... Get them airpods in and get some banging chawns (music) on. Time your workouts, give yourself a time limit to avoid training for an hour and a half with virtually nothing achieved only to then pack it in.

Planning your workouts. Now this isn't as easy for some of you but for others, totally doable. 30 day fitness challenges are perfect! Instagram is teaming with free fitness posts you can follow...if you don't know of a top knotch PT to help you 😳🙋‍♂️.

Now standing desks and 12,000 steps fall hand in hand. I understand alot of you are still working!! I emphasised the importance of NEAT in an earlier post. So for those of you struggling to train, hitting a higher step goal and standing rather than sitting at your desk are the perfect way to do that!

Going back to the word ACCOUNTABILITY... Stay accountable with your eating. Just because most of you have 24 hour access to the fridge, doesn't mean you should take advantage of it. Start a food diary!! Also while you're there start taking sweaty post workout selfies... As proof to yourself that you completed that workout.
