Current Physique Update / Accountability Post.
13 weeks fat loss in the books 📚 97kg ~ 86kg.
Happy with my back development these past 8 months, but still a lot of work ahead of me for my return to competitive BB as a 50 year old.
Current diet. 2200 kcal training days
Pro 180 Carb 220 Fat 65
Cardio 6x45 mins
Steps 18k daily
The target was 85kg so I’ll keep it going a little longer.
I’m really happy with these images as I have had 4 straight low days, no pump or filters. Real as they get.

Hernia operation was a success!
7 months have passed in a flash! So happy I went for the surgery. Managed to still make minor physique improvement in that time too.
The plan now is to keep the waistline tight - ish as I ramp up everything for the 2025 improvement phase. No more pumping the brakes. Time to send it 🧱🥩

Another week of fat loss on the books!
Easiest cut I’ve ever done. Sleep and stress management is fantastic! A fresh body and mind equals a responsive body and mind.
15lbs down in 8 weeks. A few more lbs to come off just in time for summer ☀️🏝️
