Being active doesn't have to mean doing more, it can mean doing what works for you. The We Are Undefeatable campaign is shining the light on helping people with long-term health conditions build movement into everyday life, in ways that feel achievable and enjoyableβ¨
There was a time when Jules could barely lift her head because of the pain and fatigue caused by her long-term health condition. Now she's back walking her dogs every dayπ
Her recovery wasn't about giant leaps, it was about tiny, consistent steps:
βοΈ Stretching while the kettle boiled
βοΈ Heel raises on the stairs
βοΈ Balancing while brushing her teeth
