My wife Eileen has been accepted into the 2023 London Marathon. Training started along time ago and is going really well.
She is running for the Wave Project, a charity which is local to us and supports young people throughout the UK. A great charity that is helping so many young people. Please give what you can, every penny will be well spent.

It is with a heavy heart that I announce that there will be no Doom Bar Newquay 7s in 2020.
Since 2008 we have had great support and have met people who will be friends for life.
Sadly the people who are paid to provide sport could never get behind the event and the benefits it brought to the town of Newquay.
Over 1,000 teams, 15,000 competitors and over £3 million pound to the local economy. A record that I will always be very proud of.
A huge thank you to Dave, Benn Perkins and Andrew Watson at sailors and walkabout who supported the event from day one. To Sarah and Rhona Gardiner at excess energy and the team at sharps brewery. To Kevvy Williams, who organised the refs, Rob Puds Durant. And mike gibbon for the medical cover.
There have been lots of good years but I won't miss dealing with Richard Higginson or Newquay sports centre, who both appeared to have their own agendas.
Yours in rugby.
