I have some mat space coming up in March mainly mornings Monday , Tuesday & Wednesdays. Message me for times. Evenings are like gold dust to get with me currently so hold onto it if you have one.

After a longer than usual gap in my teaching, it's so nice to be back teaching Pilates Mat again.
I've had some wonderful support from you all whilst my son was so poorly. Great hugs from you all as you have walked back in the door.

Now let's get you all moving again the last two weeks have been impressive watching your movement memory kick back in, once you had all done the hundred again it was like you had never been away ๐๐คฃ
We are back on a roll โค๏ธ
Any of my friends or friends of friends want a cheap week in the Austrian alps on January 31 Hotel with breakfast transfers flights ยฃ700 quid a person 2 places available .
We unfortunately can't go .
The holiday is being advertised now for over a thousand pounds .
I might be a while getting back to work guys just letting you all know.
Quick update to all my friends who have been lovely checking in with messages over Jay.
Itโs quicker to update you all here as I am pretty exhausted.
Jay is still in hospital with something called Empyema. This is why he hasnโt got better from his spontaneous hemothorax collapsed lung he had pneumonia and it obviously wasnโt got rid of.
He will be transferred to Derriford and will undergo a procedure there to fix him back up again and a long course of antibiotics. Itโs been very traumatic to say the least and for someone so young he has been through a lot and still has a way to go yet.
Now we know what it is exactly we can deal with it. The unknown has been awful for us all ruling out a lot of other nasties Iโm sure you can imagine.
He has been poked and prodded so much lots of tests. Not what you want for you kid.
Tonight I am truly thankful we have a plan of attack moving forward to get him back to health. ๐

Thursday 8am
Friday mornings 9:15am
Saturday 8:30am

Family trio session ๐
When youโre a regular to Pilates Mat Classes and you want your family to experience and understand it too you book them in! Well thatโs what Adele did ๐
First Mat class for these guys and they really came and embraced it. I love this, putting yourself out of your comfort zone and trying something new.
These guys are tall!!! They have a lot of spine to work with. We covered all the fundamentals and even managed to Roll like a ball which is always a challenge but can also be a bit of a giggle.
They smiled all the way through and I think have left feeling longer and stretched out. It was a pleasure to teach them all and I hope they now realise itโs not just a lot of lying down on a mat ๐คฃ

Working with my husband to get him moving in different ways with a mind body connection.
He is strong ๐ช he is strength training 4/5 times a week and running/spinning for cardio. However he is tight!!!!!!!!!
This is a challenge for me and I have to adapt things appropriately to help him find better connections throughout his body. To help him find more length and space and hopefully find some relief to his tight lower back.
I also want him to find some peace in working with a slightly slower approach so that he can connect his breathing and his mind with the movement. This will hopefully give him some balance to the training program that he already follows which is heavy and explosive.
Being able to move your body in all different ways and directions with varying speeds and intensities is key. Variation in what you do can really help to keep that interest in your training.
So looking forward to getting him on the reformer on Sunday ๐
