A lovely deck replacement this week. Customer happy with the renewal.

Several small jobs completed over the year that haven’t been big enough for their own post, but have kept me busy all around North and Mid Cornwall.

Not really a surprise this drain wasn’t clearing the water very quickly. Now there isn’t a swimming pool every time it rains.

Refelt of a shed roof for Mr & Mrs H in St Columb. Hopefully that should keep the water out for the winter.

Full replacement shed roof for Mr G of Wadebridge. Very satisfying job. A dry shed for the winter.

New bespoke garden gate to fit unusual size gap. That should stop the dogs getting too far.

A little fencing job for one of my customers earlier in the year.

Second fence repair in a week. For Mrs K in Rock. Customer happy, which makes me happy.

A little fence repair for Mr J in Rock. 2 old posts removed and replaced. Fencing reattached and repaired. Should weather a few more storms.

Mr and Mrs S of St Columb unfortunately lost part of their fence in the recent storms. New concrete posts fitted, as needed, along with feather edge boards and new rails. A little damp at times, but a fun job to tackle. You sure can see the difference.

Mr B of Newquay asked me, just before Christmas, to help with his blistered external wall caused by water coming through the wall. The decision was made to clad the wall in marine ply and try to stop any extra water entering the gap between old and new walls. Luckily it mostly stayed dry for the day. All n time for the family visits over the festive period.

What a transformation. S&I.H. of Wadebridge Asked for their brown facia boards, sofits and windows both inside and out, to be updated into an anthracite grey. A job too big to do by myself, so I drafted in a friend Jonny @ CDS Property Maintenance Services to help for a few days. A quick clean of the gutters refreshed the silver colour and made it pop against the new shade of grey.
