Namaste, I teach Hatha, Yin, SUP Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga for Surfers and Special needs yoga. I trained in India.
I first tried yoga at a small festival in a tipi tent 13 years ago and was amazed by the way it made me feel afterwards. Since then I have been hooked and now have been teaching for 8 years. Come and join me, beneath the trees, breathe deeply in Yin and guided meditation, and sink into the comforting embrace of the sauna as the herbal steam wraps around you like a cozy summer blanket.
We will eat delicious homemade V/GF cake, made with love, and drink herbal tea, enjoying the quiet garden
Then, with open hearts, we’ll explore whimsical wisp tales, dreamlike poetry, and fragments of forgotten fairy lore through guided creative writing.
Expect:
🌙 A long Yin yoga session, all props provided
🔥 Soul-warming sauna and cold plunge in the trees with an outdoor shower
🕯 Guided meditation and deep rest with sound, herbs, aromatherapy, crystals and oracle cards
📖 Creative writing for dreamers and storytellers
🌿 Herbal teas, homemade cake, soft candlelight, and enchanted atmosphere
Cloaked in comfort, curiosity, and a little magic.
