Saints Week day 4

Yesterday we took you through the timings ad logistics for the Saints Way Challenge, today lets have a look at the Ricochet....

The Ricochet is a 57 Mile out & back Ultra which starts 7 finishes in Fowey, following the Saints Way Trail. 57 Miles, starting at midnight, 7 feed stations along the way, with a 17.5 hour cut off.

Registration is held in Fowey Town Hall, here you will have your kit checked, pick up your race bib and GPS tracker, tea and coffee will be available for you during reg.

2245hrs Friday 4th Sept - Registration opens.
2345hrs - Registration closes.
2350hrs - Safety Brief.
0001hrs Sat 5th Sept - Start outside by the Church.
0154hrs - CP1 A390 Closes.
0400hrs - CP2 Lanivet Parish Community Centre Closes.
0648hrs - CP3 A39 Closes.
0830hrs - CP4 Padstow Social Club Closes.
1012hrs - CP5 A39 Closes.
1300hrs - CP6 Lanivet Closes
1506hrs - CP7 A390 Closes.
1730hrs - Finish Cut Off.

All CPs will have fluids plus salt & sugar snacks, in addition:
CP2 & CP6 will have carb.
CP5 will have soup and bread.

The finish is situated back at the start in Fowey Town Hall:)
