We seek tenant food & coffee cart/van operators/owners for our soft play centre on Tram Tracks.
Set on the lower ground floor of 21 East Street will be Kids Cave NQY with 130m2 of soft play and bounce activities!
Rather than putting in a cafe etc we would rather offer owner operators of:
1 food van/trailer
&
1 coffee/drinks and cake/snacks van/trailer
Full time pitches on private ground with or without electricity, water, over night storage etc etc…

Kids Cave NQY is available to lease/license.
We are seeking a local entrepreneur to take the project forward to fruition. Simply due to ill health and the fact Newquay town centre needs this facility urgently. Potentially the best and largest centrally situated play cafe set on Tram Way (own entrance) with some outside space for terrace seating.
Aprox 170m2 with potential for mezzanine level due to head height! Open to negotiation on install requirements - electric, plumbing, waste etc etc…
Tenant to fit out subject to plans and contract with a rent free period to achieve this.

Crafty Cafe Nqy is now under new “ownership” (tenant incoming)!!!
Whilst lve enjoyed running the cafe with the wonderful Hannah and Mandy, it was always my intention to secure a tenant to take things on and upwards to the next and highest levels… this has now been secured!!! My health has also once again become a factor as lm undergoing more intense immunotherapy.
The new tenant has a wealth of experience in catering and retail as he is already a tenant of ours!!!
Get ready for a superb new set of offerings including Barista Coffees! Yes an espresso machine is incoming lol
