What is tennis elbow ?
Tennis elbow is a condition that causes pain around the outside of the elbow. It's clinically known as lateral epicondylitis. It often happens after overuse or repeated action of the muscles of the forearm, near the elbow joint.
How you u know i have tennis elbow?
Tennis elbow causes pain and tenderness on the outside of your elbow. You may also have pain in your forearm and in the back of your hand. The pain of tennis elbow can range from mild discomfort while using your elbow to severe pain that can be felt when your elbow is still.

The European chair of World Physiotherapy, which represents 685,000 practitioners across the globe, said there has “definitely been an increase” in people aged in their 20s and 30s seeking help for back pain.
The study conducted in the UK has claimed six in 10 young adults aged between 18 to 29 years are suffering from what one organisation dubbed “Covid back”
