Our Bs encountered the mist as well on their hike taking in Sandy Brae, up alongside the Red Moss River onto Finlieve ridge and on to Shanlieve for lunch. Then it was on to Eagle mountain and back down the ridge to Sandy Brae. Total distance circa 14km with 600m ascent. Delighted to have some friends from Mid Tipp Hillwalkers join us though sadly no views today up top. Maybe next time.
Thanks Kevin, Tom and David for leading

The waterproofs were back on today for the first time in weeks. Misty and mizzly for our Cs at times for their 13k hike on Finnlieve and Shanlieve but they were down from the hills before the rain really set in. And sure we are used to it. Thanks Paddy and Noeleen for leading.
