Antrim Newtownabbey Disability FC (AND FC) 🧡🖤

Ability Not Disability 💪

Founded in 2020, we provide inclusive football for players of all abilities, from age 7 to adults. We are a newly formed disability football team from the Antrim Newtownabbey area for aged 15 upwards for senior team and age 7 to 14 for junior team open to both male and female ambulant players. We currently train on a Wednesday evening for seniors and Juniors and are always open to welcoming new players no matter what your ability or playing level is.When the IFA disability league starts back again we hope to be participating in this and other tournaments such as George Best community cup. We are also the only disability club within the area and have no affiliation to any other club.

This Wednesday night, our AND FC Mixed Senior Team who will be heading to Scotland in a few weeks will be getting some valuable game time under their belts as we take on Albert Foundry Inclusion FC in a friendly! 🔥

It’s a great opportunity for the squad to get minutes together, build some match fitness and, most importantly, get ourselves ready for our Scottish adventure! 🏴⚽

🎉⚽ HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY TO A LEG-END OF OUR CLUB! ⚽🎉

Happy 18th birthday to our very own mean-talking machine, Reo! 😂❤️

Reo joined us at just 12 years old, at a time when we didn’t even have a junior team. He stuck with us, grew with the club and has become a massive part of the AND FC family.
Now at 18, he’s not only still playing with us but has taken the next step and become one of our junior coaches. 🙌⚽

Reo is genuinely one of the nicest kids you could ever meet — always with a smile on his face, always willing to help, and somehow always knowing somebody everywhere he goes! 😂😂

He is loved by everyone at the club and is a brilliant example of what AND FC is all about: growing together, giving people opportunities and creating a place where everyone belongs. 🧡🖤

What a fantastic turnout at training tonight! 🙌

💪 19 seniors at training, even with a number of players missing for various reasons. It’s brilliant to see such strong numbers and commitment from our senior squads.

And it was great numbers again with our juniors, with a few new faces joining us tonight! 👏⚽

A huge welcome to our new players — we hope you enjoyed your first night with us and look forward to seeing you back again! 🧡🖤

We’re delighted to announce that Antrim Newtownabbey Disability FC will be holding a bucket collection to help raise funds towards our upcoming Edinburgh Trip! ⚽🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Kicking Off Conversations – Real Talk. Real Support. 💬⚽

Tonight we held another Kicking Off Conversations session at The Whitehouse in Dalaradia

Only a small number were able to attend tonight, but that doesn’t take away from what we’re hoping to build — a safe, relaxed space where men can come together, talk openly, listen to each other and know that it’s okay not to be okay.

A massive thank you to Robert at The Whitehouse for facilitating tonight and helping us with a regular venue.

We also want to say a huge thank you to Impact Network NI for providing the funding that has made this programme possible. Your support is helping us create opportunities for men to talk, connect and support one another.
