Holiday training hits different.

Good all day and then in the snack f@cart bucket by 9pm?
Most women try to fix evening eating with more control or white knuckling.
But the better question is:
What did your day look like before the 9pm disaster hit?
Because if breakfast was tiny, lunch was random, carbs were low, work was chaos and you trained, your evening cravings are not you failing.
They are data.

‘joining this coaching programme has completely changed my approach to health and fitness. Instead of focusing on the scale, I’ve focused on building better habits—being more mindful of what I eat, actually eating more (not less!), and understanding how important protein is in supporting my goals.
I’ve also become so much more active, making sure I hit my daily steps and joining run club, which has been a game changer.
Not only for my fitness, but for the sense of community too. Being surrounded by such an encouraging group of women who genuinely cheer each other on has made all the difference.
And the best part? I’ve still been able to enjoy social events along the way without it stopping my progress. This journey has felt realistic and sustainable, not restrictive.
