Not every woman starts exercising because she wants abs.
Sometimes it’s because life just feels a bit much. You’re tired. The kids need you. Work needs you. Everyone seems to need something from you, and by the end of the day there’s not much left in the tank.
Social media makes it look like you need to change everything at once. Eat perfectly. Go to the gym every day. Hit 10,000 steps. Have a morning routine at 5am, and don’t get us started on having enough sleep 🙊
But most of us are just trying to get through the week.
Sometimes fitness isn’t about changing your body. Sometimes it’s the thing that helps you cope.
🧠 A 10-minute walk to clear your head.
💧 Drinking a bit more water.
💃 Moving your body instead of sitting with the stress.
🧘 Taking ten minutes that are just yours.
It’s not a transformation. It’s a lifeboat.
Something small you can hold onto when life feels overwhelming. And for a lot of mums, those little moments are all they have.
So if all you managed today with one small thing for yourself, that still counts. More than you think.
Start small. Keep going. We’ve got you 🫶

We’ve got more celebrations to shout about for these amazing girls, and all the hard work they’ve been putting in 👏
Our brilliant Jane and Sally have both reached 150 sessions!
Such a strong milestone and a real sign of consistency building. Showing up week after week, putting the effort in and keeping yourselves moving forward 🫶
Our amazing Ria has smashed 200 😮 Double century!!!
That’s dedication, commitment and a lot of hard work behind the scenes. Every session counts and you’ve earned every single one 🤎
And last but not least, our Harley has officially joined the 100 club! 🪩
One hundred sessions of showing up, working hard and sticking with it even on the days it would’ve been easier not to. Such an achievement and so well deserved
I absolutely love seeing these milestones come in because they represent so much more than numbers.
Confidence growing, strength building and all those early mornings and evening classes adding up.
Well done girls. So proud of you all 🫶

The pressure to “bounce back” after birth is loud.
But recovery is louder - if we actually listen to it.
There is barely space on this app to nourish your body post birth.
To slow down.
To adjust to life with a newborn.
To accept that healing is not aesthetic.
Pregnancy changes muscle, fascia, hormones, sleep, identity. Birth - vaginal or C-section - is major physical trauma.
And yet women are expected to be ‘back’ in 6–8 weeks.
That narrative needs to change.
The first 12 weeks postpartum should prioritise:
- rest
- rehabilitation
- gentle movement
- pelvic floor recovery
- nervous system support
Not shrinking, not comparison and not chasing your pre-baby body.
There is no 'back' - only forward into a new, powerful version of you.
Healing takes time.
And you deserve that time 🤍
It can start with a goal - but actually ends up a whole transformation ✨
Not all, but many of us start exercising to change how we look in the mirror. But somewhere between when you first walk through the doors and celebrating your 50th session - something else happens.
Maybe you start showing up for the mental clarity, the community, or just the way you feel about yourself.
Movement is medicine!
Save this for next time you need a reminder on why you’re showing up - you’re doing amazing 🤎
Our Saturday club girls all won this day, just for showing up.
I promise you, it’s not about being the ‘best’ at anything. If you stepped out the front door - you’ve won 🤎
Come along to our Saturday club, and maybe it can be the one thing you did for you this week ☀️
