Two types of coach on Instagram this week:
The bodybuilder telling you how to make Christmas dinner fit your fat loss macros. Weighing stuffing. Tracking gravy. Missing the point entirely.
Or the soft, holier-than-thou type telling you to "heal your inner child" by letting yourself eat cake guilt-free.
Here's the thing: cake won't heal your inner child. And you're not shredding for Mr Olympia. You're going to your nan's
house and you better enjoy yourself.
The answer is the middle.
Be a parent to yourself.
Not the fun one who lets you have ice cream for dinner
The one who makes you eat your vegetables because they actually give a s**t about your future.
Enjoy some indulgences. Let your hair down. Know your limits. You're an adult.
The magic is in the middle ground, going to either extreme is easy - moderation is hard
That's where accountability comes in to help you stay on the straight and narrow
