Just wanted to do a shout out for my Friend Paul Ross - who has no idea I am writing this.

Paul is a Personal Trainer and I started with him during Lockdown, as I noticed I was getting sweaty merely looking at going outside! I was overweight and mentally rubbish / inept when it came to making sensible food choices. What I liked to refer to as my labrador-ism condition... 😁

Paul is genuinely a nice guy who you will instantly love. Having spent time in the Forces getting beasted during PT, I had no idea what to expect and feared the worse! However he showed me that PT didn't have to be like that anymore. If I had gone back into PT myself, I would have given up 1 week in (much like all my other attempts), as I would pushed myself beyond my limits.

Starting with Paul I was a chubby 236.6 lbs or 107.3kg / 16.9 Stone.. Yes - fatty mcfatface and the picture you can see was literally a solid red in every area. But now I am well on my way to recovery with 46.8lb's lost - and frankly it was easy with his knowledge and support.

Without his knowledge of Nutrition and education, I can honestly say I would be easily in serious trouble health wise. I lacked the motivation to do any of this myself, but he kept me honest and held me to account for my eating and step count etc. Also if you lie to him, he has a way of finding out... not sure if he has a crystal ball, practices voodoo or just a really good human lie detector!!

Needless to say, this man changed my life and dare I say it potentially saved my life. I may still have 19lbs to hit my ideal target, but as it is Christmas, I just wanted to spread some Christmas joy and encourage anyone else in the Northampton area to give this guy a chance to change yours too.

Paul is Fully Qualified, DBS Checked and wont sell you a lie. For me with a strange work cycle, he was very flexible and it made all the difference.

They tried everything but SHOWING HEART when things got hard.
They did TRY QUITTING... Winners DO NOT QUIT!
They show up. Rain hail or shine.
They show up when it works,
When it′s hard. They show up every single damn time!
And that... that right there is the difference. Keep showing up.
RAIN HAIL OR SHINE: SUCCESS IS MINE!
Hard or easy, slow or long: SUCCESS IS MINE!

Failure, setbacks, naysayers... SUCCESS IS MINE!

My lowest point regarding my health … it was time for change … if I can do it you can P😃
