Sometimes life gets hard and we forget how far we have come and what made us. Small me said Iād take over the world. No experience, no trauma awareness, just chaos and confidence. Life humbled me, trained me, broke a few things along the way⦠but I survived the initiation and rebuilt stronger
Back in the gym.
Back in my head.
But this time⦠itās a better place š®
Not perfect.
Not always motivated.
But I donāt quit anymore.
That version of me?
Gone.
Now itās:
turn the pressure up
show up anyway
do it even when I donāt feel like it
Because no one is coming to save you.
