Award 5: The Brawny’s Legends Awards 🏆

To qualify for one of these, you have to have been training with me for over five years. Not only do you need to be training the Brawny way but fully submerging yourself into the community & always bringing the positive energy 💪🏻

I’m gave away two legends vests this year.

One goes to a lady who regularly sets a 5-something alarm… And one who most definitely does not!!

Both are absolute ninjas in pairs workouts, and both are partial to a burpee or two.

& proud to have you both part of this community & also part of my life.

Award 4: Brawny’s Most Improved 💜

This award goes to someone who, up until the beginning of this year, was a little… let’s
say sporadic with training.

But this year? She cemented herself into the 6am crew.

Not only has she improved physically, but mentally too — and she makes us laugh every
single week…….🥰

Nicola, I am so proud to be your coach and to witness your progress this year.

Thank you for committing to yourself and choosing this community.

This award goes to a woman with the kindest heart, but the most ruthless pairs-workout energy.

She’s endlessly supportive, makes amazing cakes, and when she’s your partner — she suddenly becomes extremely tactical.
