Black Belt Grading results are in and I am pleased to announce:
Leena Keshishian has been promoted to 1st Degree Black Belt
Pat Barry has been promoted to 2nd Degree Black Belt
I am one very proud instructor!!
Come through Gate D (the gate nearest the tube station) for training tonight and wall to the Hall through there. You will have to park here as well.
You may be able to walk through Gate A but there is no space for cars due to am opening evening.

Say hello to our newest black belt, Abdullah!
Congratulations on your 1st Degree Black Belt from the whole club and especially from me.
As a reminder, there is no class at Northolt today or Hayes Saturday morning.
Enjoy the long weekend and we will make up for it on Tuesday.

Starting from Friday 1st May, there will be only one class on both Tuesdays and Fridays from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
An email has gone out to everyone with more details, but please be aware that from this date, all grades will be in the same class.

Make sure you are there!!!
Tomorrow at Hayes 9am is a FREE class for everyone who wishes to burn those Christmas calories.
For those wishing to grade in January or those looking towards the black belt grading in April, this will be a very helpful refresher before we restart in the New year
