🤏 This is your reminder to come back to YOU.
You’ve been busy with the kids.
Busy with work.
Busy looking after everyone else.

And somehow… in the blink of an eye, you’re 40.

Another blink — 50.

And you realise something:

Your body has been waiting for you. ❤️

The stiff shoulders.
The tired back.
The tight hips.
The shallow breathing.
The posture that slowly changed without you noticing.

But getting older doesn’t mean you have to simply accept feeling stiff, tired or disconnected from your body.

This is your reminder to come back to YOU.

Not to punish your body.
Not to chase a younger body.
Not to squeeze yourself into another impossible fitness routine.

But to move, breathe, strengthen and reconnect with the body you have today.

My Women’s Yoga class is a gentle space to work on posture, mobility, breathing, pelvic floor awareness and whole-body alignment — suitable whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practising for years.

Because your health is not something you should keep putting off until the kids are older, work is quieter, or life becomes less busy.

Your life is happening now.

Come and give yourself one hour.

You start living in your body differently. 💚

💚 Sometimes, the best feedback isn’t about flexibility or a perfect pose…

It’s about how someone feels when they are around you.

One of my students recently sent me this message:

“We all try to be cheerful, I think, and positive! You’re an inspiration and so supportive.” 🥹💚

That really touched me.

Because yoga, for me, has never been just about touching your toes, getting into a deeper pose, or having a “perfect” body.

It’s about creating a space where you can slow down, breathe, listen to your body and feel supported.

Some days we feel strong.
Some days we feel stiff.
Some days our body needs movement.
Some days it simply needs kindness.

And I believe a good yoga teacher doesn’t just teach the movement.

We help people feel more connected to themselves.

That is what I hope to bring into every class I teach —
✨ attention to the small details
✨ mindful movement
✨ breath and awareness
✨ support without judgement
✨ and a little more confidence in your own body.

Because when you start listening to your body, something changes.

You don’t just move differently.

You start living in your body differently. 💚

Thank you to every student who trusts me with their practice.
Your progress, your stories and your kind words mean more than you know. 🙏

Yoga is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about coming back to yourself.

You can’t fix your posture by looking at your posture. 👀 (it is a long post, read to the end 🙏)

It sounds strange, I know.

But posture and body alignment are much more than simply pulling your shoulders back or standing up straight.

It’s impossible to explain everything about posture and body alignment in one post — but I’ll try.

In my Posture & Body Alignment Yoga classes, I pay attention to the small details because they can completely change how you feel your body.

Your alignment starts from the feet and ankles, then travels through the knees, hips, pelvis, spine, shoulders and head.

And it doesn’t stop there.

Your breath plays an important role too.

The way you breathe can influence how you move, how you hold tension, and how your whole body coordinates during movement.

That’s why I don’t teach a neck or shoulder movement as if the neck and shoulders are separate from the rest of you.

We look at the whole body.

🦶 Feet & ankles
🦵 Knees
🦴 Hips & pelvis
🌀 Spine
🤍 Shoulders & neck
🌬️ Breath
…and how everything works together.

Because the goal is not simply to “look straight.”

The goal is to help you become more aware of your body — to notice where you are holding tension, where you may be compensating, and how small adjustments can change the way movement feels.

And here’s the twist:
Good posture is not about holding your body in one perfect position.

It’s about having the awareness and ability to move, adapt and find balance.

That is why I believe:

Breath is the root.
The spine is the centre.
Balance is the direction.

And this is what I’m building into my Spine Care Yoga Method — one small detail at a time.Janny Trang Le

Posture & Body Alignment Yoga via Zoom is getting better with every session.

It’s fascinating to see how connected our body really is.

Sometimes, we don’t need to focus only on the back.

We work on ankle mobility and alignment… and suddenly, the back can feel lighter and movement feels easier.

This is why I love working with whole-body alignment.

Your feet, ankles, knees, hips, pelvis, spine, shoulders and head are not separate — they work together as a system.

When we improve awareness and movement throughout the body, we can begin to create more support and balance from the ground up.

Posture is not simply about “sitting up straight”.
It’s about how your whole body works together. ❤️

That’s the foundation of my Spine Care Yoga approach.

Having a rounded or “hunchback” posture in your 40s? You’re not alone. 🤏

I see so many mums and dads at the school run with rounded shoulders, a forward head and a stiff upper back.

So this one is for you. ❤️

Here’s something important to understand:

You can’t simply stretch your “hunchback” into a neutral posture.

Stretching may feel good and help you move more freely, but lasting postural change involves looking at the whole body — how your head, shoulders, spine, pelvis, hips and feet work together, as well as how you breathe and move throughout the day.

Your posture is a whole-body relationship, not just one tight muscle.

That’s why in Janny’s Spine Care Yoga, I don’t focus on forcing your back straight.

We work on alignment, mobility, strength, awareness and breath — helping your body find a more supported and balanced way to move.

And yes, you can start changing how you move at any age.

Your body deserves support, not force.

If this sounds like you, comment “POSTURE” and I’ll share more Spine Care tips with you.
