A superb weekend of driving Silverstone saw James Dorlin take p5 and p6 in the two races of the Swiftune Mini Series with Equipe

A very satisfying result after a swift rebuild meant the car hit the circuit this weekend for the first time since it has been back in one piece.

That considered there were a few things in the cockpit to contend with, but James did a lovely job for us with two squeaky clean races.

Looking forward to having him back behind the wheel again soon!

‘Reports of the demise of the automobile, have been… greatly overestimated’

A mighty mechanical revival with plenty of challenges and triumph.

P2 in Lexham Engineering fine T70 was a highlight despite slowly losing the clutch throughout the race but still awesome to drive this amazing machine.

Tragically out Cobra for the RAC TT was withdrawn, Gary Pearsons practiced eye being clear that overheating issues were not sustainable for the race distance.

The Bill Sollis Mini had a slight tribulation with the gearbox in practice but I enjoyed an entertaining battle back to the top 15.

As ever marvellous to be invited and huge thanks to the house and all who organised, marshalled and attended the Goodwood Revival
