Surround yourself with FAMILY who MOTIVATE you

What an achievement last night from my brother JAD and the amazing Sheree ✨ Lifestyle and Aligned Action smashing their first Hyrox together in the mixed doubles event 🏆.

The atmosphere was electric and it’s given many of us the bug to compete next year 🤷.

Couldn’t be prouder after all the training and hard work you have put in over the last few months, congratulations you’re an inspiration to us all ❤️.

7am & 8am Bootcamp Community ❤️

Top morning Conan Fitness with the team this morning in memory of a member of 13 years who sadly passed away recently!

Huge effort from the whole team who smashed it out the park 👏🏻 we even got top dog Greggo sending us a video from his 11th Bali holiday of the year smashing his workout with no excuses 👏🏻.

Love and respect for you all! What a team 🤝.

Recognition to those around me will never be forgotten ❤️

Having had such incredible support throughout this goal I set myself has made the whole journey so much more easier than simply working in the dark alone!

The overall support, feedback and words of advice I had received throughout in all areas from nutrition and fueling to mindset and recovery to mental health and talking to those close to me was nothing but incredible and also required to help me achieve what I set out to do.

But none of it would have been possible without these amongst many others not in these photos (you know whom you are).

This was not just another goal achieved but proof that YOU CAN achieve anything you really set your mind to do.

BELIEVE and you will ACHIEVE 🏃‍♂️

17 weeks ago I set myself a goal to complete my first Ultra Marathon with my only target was being able to complete it without stopping to walk or DNF.

585km of training throughout the last 17 weeks with help from the whole coastalrunnersclub community has been instrumental to this success, and also a huge shoutout to my amazing friend Shenae Howard shenae.x for our many longer runs and love and support given to help me achieve this, I wouldn’t have done it without you!

Finishing the Ultra in 4:29.49 with it being 0.73km over is one of the proudest achievements to date and it’s crazy to think how I actually done it considering a few issues from 40-50km during the race.

The mind is so much stronger than you can imagine and if you can really push yourself to believe and commit consistently to a goal you set yourself then you will always WIN 🏆.

So many lessons learnt from fuelling strategies, equipment and accessories, recovery and injuries along the way to only continue to grow my knowledge and become the best version of myself possible.

Who knows what’s next? but for those who know me well enough, there is bound to be something booked in the very near future…

Thanks to everyone who has followed my journey, for all the messages of support and congratulations, I appreciate you all very much and it’s now time for some down time to recover and celebrate with s**t loads of food, alcohol and amazing friends before setting myself the next goal ❤️.

Joondalup Half Marathon 2026 | PERTH

Achieving exactly what we set out to do!

A personal goal amongst many in 2026 was to achieve a 1:40 half marathon and that is exactly what we have done!

I’m super proud of myself in all honesty, 10 years ago I was told by the doctors that I would struggle to ever play sport or run without scrusinating pain again due to being told I have axial spondylitis. I wouldn’t let that stop me! To then move countries into a better environment and play football again, grow in the gym and now complete a half marathon in a PB time is crazy.

It’s another one ticked off and a moment and feeling to appreciate.

This all wouldn’t be possible without the friendships and environments I have surrounded myself with recently to keep pushing to be a leader, to motivate others, to prove to myself anything is possible if you put in the hard work and dedication to wanting something enough to go and do it.

Huge shoutout to everyone in the CRC community, those who have come and gone over the past 12 months since I really started my running journey and those who know they have been real support every step of the way!

Thank you ❤️

It now gets serious…
The hardest mountain to climb is to come in 4 weeks time.

“DISCIPLINE over MOTIVATION”

Some days I really don’t want to be here.

I’m tired from working 50+hr weeks in multiple jobs.

I’m tired from running 50km this week while others are relaxing.

I’m tired from weightlifting sessions that I struggle to fit in time for and recently socialising in general is becoming quite draining.

I’m tired and annoyed that the week hasn’t gone to how it was originally planned in my head.

Guess what?

It doesn’t matter!

You/we do this for a reason?

Because we love the process and we love the challenge and feeling of success.

However hard it may be.

You’ve got this just as much as I do, you just need to keep putting one foot in front of the other consistently to win the game.
