Good technique changes everything!

Our Power of Poles Intro Course is the foundation of Nordic walking. It teaches you how to move more efficiently using poles to improve, not just accompany, your walk.

Used correctly, Nordic walking poles:

πŸ’œ Engages your upper body without overuse

πŸ’œ Activates your core through controlled rotation

πŸ’œ Supports joint alignment with every stride

At NWUK, we don’t take a β€˜one size fits all’ approach. Our instructors adjust technique, poles, and pacing to suit your fitness level, goals, and mobility needs.

And once you’ve got the basics, you can build on them! πŸ’ͺ

Life moves fast. Sometimes a steady walk is exactly what you need. πŸ’œ

Nordic Adventure Walks are not just about technique. They're about enjoying where you are, who you’re with, and how you feel when you move.

Each route is chosen for its scenery, pace, and atmosphere. Think local trails, seasonal themes, and time to pause.

No pressure. Just time well spent on your feet. 🦯🦯
