Our May Forest Bliss Experience recap.

A wonderful time was had during our gathering in nature.

We spent the afternoon exploring asanas in the blooming garden, practising breathwork in the fresh forest air, and listening to the birdsong with the trees gently swaying in the gentle wind.

We nourished ourselves with wholesome snacks, herbal teas, and a celebratory toast of kombucha.

We explored self-massage techniques, immersed ourselves in deeply relaxing meditation, shared laughter, meaningful conversations, and enjoyed the simple joy of being present in nature.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped create such a beautiful atmosphere.

We look forward to hosting you in again in the future.

Leo has been in and out of the vets recently so understandably he is looking for some extra comfort and I'm here to provide it 🖤
Maybe my niche should be cat-adapted yoga? 🤔
For obvious reasons the downward dog and puppy pose will have to be omitted 🤐

If you know you know! 🤭

Yes, I’ve been a little naughty working while on vacation, but it’s because I really want to fill out the Sunday Bluebell Bliss workshop at Ketteringham (that Tiana and I put together 🩵), so we can bring you the best kind of relaxation. And honestly, the bluebells won’t wait, they’ll be gone before we know it and they won’t be back until next year! 🪻

ALSO…

Why does setting automated replies saying I’m away feel more like a hustle than actually replying to my clients? 😛 Maybe it’s because you’re just so nice to talk to!? 💌
