Happy new years 2026!! π₯³
How wonderful it is to share all our experiences on these platforms of everything we've achieved and everything we're proud of.
This year has been a year of learning of self reflection and learning real self development. Changing my life to be focused on health and wellbeing.
Remembering how far I have come, and understanding the progression never stops.
There is no end goal, I'm enjoying all the small milestones and achievements that make me proud as life goes on.
Focus on what is in our control.
Many amazing things have happened in 2025, things I never would have expected.
In 2026, I want to keep learning about my clients needs and how we can change for the ultimate progress.
I will be entering as many races and events that I can πͺ
I will be focusing on nutrition that fuels me and my gut π₯π₯
Remember, what you're not changing you're choosing β¨οΈ

Merry Christmas π
I'm always trying things I see on imstagram π€£
Hope everyone is happy on their progress this year, it's almost over and ready to continue in the new year π
How many can you do??
Stretching for mobility and recovery.
Taking 15 minutes everyday to prioritise stretching and training different movements can help you train your flexibility, in the long run helping with range of movement and less risk of injuries.
It's also important to slow down, take your time, and enjoy winding down with the stretches π
