If anyone knows me, I love to try colour co ordinate before I then layout/set up a session as well as when setting activities up.

This isn’t just something I love doing but it has so many benefits for coaching.

Some reasons why it helps:
1) Helps transitions easier as can clear a certain colour cone/equipment up.

2) Helps make it easier to understand where you are working and separate activities more especially if you lucky enough to be able to set up most/all of a session.

3) Can help you feel more relaxed as it not a scramble of different colours all together.

4) You can set assigned tasks to different colours for example when get to a blue cone can you do a L turn and when get to a red gate do a step over. This can then help them with memory and also their reactions, processing and decision making speeds.
