We are joining up with @thepinksauna for an afternoon of movement, creativity and heat therapy, celebrating summer in the Norfolk countryside (and we are really excited about it!). 🌿 Start with an hour of playful yoga with Nicole; 🌸 Pick your own flowers from the field and learn how to create your own hand-tied bouquet to take home with Louisa; 🌱 Continue the relaxing vibes with an hour-long sauna and cold-plunge therapy session with @pinksauna ☀️ Finish with a closing ceremony, before heading home feeling refreshed and rebalanced.
