I've been working with this client for nearly a year and she has made such a massive improvement, this is her 1st time walking without any support to greet her husband who's just come out of hospital.

This is the feedback and comments from my clients daughters

Hi Jonathan. Dad came home last night. He has fully recovered. I’m so pleased with mum’s mobility. She climbed the stairs instead of using the stair lift the other day. She hasn’t done that since 2019! Thanks to your exercises I can see a real improvement in her mobility.
Best regards Arlene

Dad is home. Thank you so much for helping mum. Look at her walk!! Thank you

Food Diaries
I've been asked are there any other ways that a person can lose weight apart from just exercising and the answer is yes there is!

Working alongside a good exercise programme, a food diary can also be key to weight loss. Recording what you eat and drink on a daily or weekly basis, means eating patterns and quantities can be assessed to see what healthier changes can be made to your diet.

It’s easy to forget what you have eaten (or drunk) and not recognise eating patterns, but by recording everything down in a food diary from first thing in the morning until last thing at night, you can gain real insight into your eating habits. From there it’s easy to identify what changes can be made to your diet in order to promote weight loss. There may be a certain time of day which trigger you to eat more, or sweet cravings that need addressing, but it’s all achievable with a combination or regular training and food diaries.

As well as monitoring food intake it’s also good practice to include how you are feeling each day so any changes in diet can be attributed to stress or hormonal changes so these can be prepared for to avoid weight gain in the future.
Be prepared and take a note pad and pen around with during the day to record your food intake and don’t be tempted to leave it until last thing at night, it’s easy to forget what you have consumed. This is just one more tool that can help you to get in shape, now get writing those food diaries!
