Great day delivering ILM 3 in Marlow, not a bad training venue and great delegates. Back at HQ in Maidenhead tomorrow, for the final day.

Sending all my love to Liverpool tonight after today’s madness. Liverpool holds an important place in my heart. I love my business relationships, colleagues and the general community, who are so amazingly friendly. My heart and love goes out to all all those people and their families effected by today’s events.

Fantastic final two days delivering ILM with one of my favourite clients Vitaflo International in Liverpool. As always, a great, engaged group to work with, love coming back to my second home. Still with Vitaflo tomorrow, different audience, different topics, happy days.

Just completed the first part of another ILM 3 in Liverpool (my second home) with Vitaflo International part of Nestle Health Science.

Another amazing group and an absolute joy to work with, but there’s no surprise there. I love my chosen career path and am passionate about making a positive difference with everything I do.

For those of you that know me, you’ll know I’m a regular visitor/volunteer at Nottingham Hospice with my PAT dog Angel. When we visited a couple of weeks ago we sat with patients and we were all asked to write down 3 simple things that were positive. One of mine was watching the sunrise. Here’s my start to a wonderful Wednesday…take pleasure in the simple things.

Do you ever feel that there are barriers and blocks that seem impossible to see around? Do these barriers prevent you from moving forward in your life and work?

I love Monday’s.

What a day, brilliant feedback from Friday’s session…intro to NLP. On a seperate note, massive thanks to Perry Power really looking forward to working with you in the New Year…I thought you’d forgotten about me 😊And a completely separate note, a really progressive coaching session with a client today. Tell me why I love Mondays 😃

An intense and very rewarding online training session today. I had one (very engaged) German delegate attending my introduction to NLP course. A first for me, delivering training to one person in an all day session. I normally deliver one to one coaching sessions over a 2 hour period, hence the ‘intense’.

Just got home from Maidenhead after a fabulous final 2 days delivering ILM 5 in Leadership & Management. I have completed delivery of the level 3 and 5 now, with this new client and I have to say, it’s been a joy working with such enthusiastic and engaged people. Really looking forward to be working with them in 2025. For now though, it’s my final road trip of 2024, with online delivery between now and Christmas.
