elling is not convincing. Convincing is what you do when you fail to sell.
Why? If people already want what you are selling then you don't need to convince
Concentrate on what happens before the sales interaction and not the sales interaction in itself
Are you building a following of people that will never buy from you?
My business suffered when I went super broad with 'engagement bait' content. So be careful if your offer solves a very specific problem for a very small group of people.

On You t ube I just explained why I stopped positioning around the tactic of lead generation
And why tactical positioning is impossible to protect as anyone can say they do the same thing
In other words, there is zero protection from new entrants and its a race to the bottom
The tactically positioned business usually has no assets that protect it and help it stand out
I will do a series of videos on this, but here is a quick step for
those that want some kind of differentiation
While at the same time helping clients get results
We licensed the ability to sell a well known software and used developers to build it out so it is perfect for the program method
This means we can have our clients up and running building their list and moving clients away from linkedin
so that it's easier to get their time, focus & energy
within 10 days guaranteed - and they don't need to lift a finger
We even build out the software for them on persoanalized on-boarding calls
So in 10 days they have an approach to land clients that is different than trying to book sales calls on linkedin
It also wipes about 300 usd of the software bill of most clients that come in the program
That's nearly 4k they save
I wiped 800 usd a month of my monthly software bill
And I have the ability to support clients and not be reliant of the awful support from a lot of the well known software companies

Why do you do what you do .?
What does your market self identify as? This one change can alter everyhing..
Earlier this year, my monthly software subscriptions for running an online business were over 1k per month, and it was was becoming unmanageable..
And because software like clickfunnels, Kajabi and Kartra are so limited - every time I wanted to do something innovative I found myself buying more subscriptions to fill in the gaps they don't have..
Kartra doesn't have CRM and the client tracking is inccurate
Kajabi doesn't do split tests or even sms
Clickfunnels is extremely limited for anything outside landing pages
So I ended up with a load of softwares hooked together with zapier
And very time I wanted to change something, I had to pay someone to change multiple integrations
This slowed me down and we all know speed is the name of the game in the online space if we want to get ahead and make money
It also meant it was difficult to track the buyer journey from initial contact through to becoming a buyer, and I know i was losing sales because of this
And worse, anyone that studies the buisness greats like Sam Walton and Jeff bezos know that a lean cost base
I was spending 20k + per year on the software + integration projects
Something had to change
And that's when I discovered a new platform
It is better than Kartra and Kajabi and (tried them both and they lack when it comes to)
I much prefer it over clickfunnels
And it is far simpler than Infusionsoft whilst giving the same level of functionality
And it does everything that clickfunnels, calendly, jot form, active campiagn + a membership site does and it does them all in one
I moved literally everything onto the platform and because we run so much paid traffic and have an active client base - we are super demanding
The platform works perfectly
And instead of costing me 20k a year,
It makes me money every single month in subscriptions
It was so good, I bought the license to whitelabel and develop it
And now my clients subscribe for just 99 usd per month
They all get personalzied on boarding and personalized support plus most of them are saving 3-4k a month minimum
While having more powerful software that is easy to manage
We have a full development roadmap and plan to integrate with LinkedIn messenger software
So here is my question for you
You might be one of two types of people
