Top tip- If your eyes or face don’t look strained towards the end of your sets when exercising- you’re not working hard enough 😂

I have exercises where I go heavy and push hard, and others focused on function and conditioning.

This mix of training and varied stimulus helps keep the body balanced, addresses weaknesses, and improves overall movement. In my experience, it’s also an excellent tool for building muscle, as it encourages the body to move in different ways.
