CBL Fun Fitness Zumba & Zumba Toning

Hi ladies as you all know, I've not been too well with one thing or another and to be honest I'm still not 100%. After much thinking I have decided to hang up my fitness shoes and to cancel my classes for the foreseeable.

I have been teaching dance classes since I was 15 years old and fitness classes specifically for the last 14 years. Although I love it it takes up alot of my time and I feel my body is telling me to slow down and start taking care of me abit. I really appreciate all the support you have given me over the years and know that some of you have been with me since the start.

Special thanks to my mum for always being my support and being my Zumba Mum to not only me but most of the women who have attended over the years.

I'm not hanging up my dance shoes just yet as it's my passion, but I will be able to turn up to a class and enjoy without all the background work.

Over the years ive met some lovely people who came as a participant and ended being apart of my family.

I'm keeping the WhatsApp group open as at one point I'm hoping to get together for a catch up and to keep you informed of anything locally going off. Please feel free to leave I won't be offended lol.

I hope you understand and hope to come across you again soon.

Zumba starts back tomorrow, Monday 9th , at 7.30pm pm. Hucknall Town Football Club RM Stadium, Aerial Way, NG15 6DW. Across the road from the old building. Lovely brand new building, sprung floor. Loadsa room. Come join us, bring your friends.
