With huge thanks to RVCP for a community grant, we’ve been able to replace three old benches, where spectators enjoy the game on warm, sunny afternoons and evenings.

We’ve got plenty of matches coming up. This Saturday afternoon, and several evenings each week. Have a wander along and … slow down.

Our season is well underway now, with 18 members “on the green” yesterday across the Monday Drive and last night’s Cup match.

We won a Cup match for the first time in years (80-67 vs Bingham) and in the Saturday league are 4 wins from 4.
We play at Gotham who are 3 from 3 and placed 2nd on Saturday.
Best start for some time.

We’re hoping the current sunny weather holds through to our first open afternoon on Sunday 3rd May at 2pm.

Not sure if it’s for you…it’s a simple game that’s tricky to master, of gentle (ish) competition in a social atmosphere. Wear your flat shoes and come on down.
