But I think we look at the saying all wrong

Every single step in my life has been a mastery of it
Physics - observing reality
Art - observing the world around me
Coaching - observing the intricacies of human minds and behaviour

Every time we choose to observe, to get curious, to stay right here on this earth instead of getting pulled up into the ether of our brains
