Childbirth trauma is not uncommon & probably hugely underreported.Being traumatised,depressed & trying to cope with a new baby,is utterly overwhelming & there are not enough therapists who know how 2 work with trauma & depression

Still waiting to see signs of the significant extra funding for mental health promised by the govt.Many services closed as result of austerity,leaving a vacuum & a crisis for those with serious MH problems. A crisis needing urgent attention
