Take the pressure off!

It can be so easy to fall into the New Year New Me mindset. 🧠
You know the one - you go all out and try to add in too many works outs , pull the rug on your old eating habits and lose sleep thinking about how you’re going to get all those steps in whilst keeping the house tidy, running the kids around , maintaining a relationship and making sure you always look β€˜put together’ πŸ˜₯ - it’s a lot right !

Truth is January is the same as any other month - only the gyms are busier and you’re probably waiting for payday to come round quick! 🀣

Please return to your β€˜normal’ at a steady pace. πŸ•°οΈ

Increase movement one step at a time.

Decrease processed food intake.

Stay hydrated.

Build maintainable habits that will see you through 2026 and beyond - not just January!
