Welcome to my page, I'm Dan, your friendly Personal Trainer & Fitness coach.
You may remember me from previous years, starting Pure Gym Nuneaton from 2021, moving in to Management at our Tamworth club and now finally making my way back to where my heart is! I have a dedication to supporting individuals in achieving their health and fitness goals through structured training and evidence based nutritional guidance. My approach is always client focused, aiming to create sustainable and enjoyable routines that deliver long term results.
In addition to my role at the gym and my Bodybuilding training style, I maintain an active lifestyle and enjoy to participate in Rugby Union & Freestyle Snowboarding. In my opinion, this allows me to bring a well rounded perspective to my coaching. But rest assured I am a real person... I enjoy a beer with my friends on the weekend and some sort of take-away on the occasion!
My goal is to empower you all with the knowledge and confidence to achieve lasting results and to view fitness as an integral, positive part of everyday life.
