Well done to Harry Smith who got promoted to blue belt tonight

Harry has come on loads this year and has been absolutely smashing his training and competitions this past few months

Another British Open done!

I entered the masters 1 ultra heavy weight division to avoid a straight final due to low numbers in my usual weight class

Managed to win 2 matches both by submission to take the gold

Young Harry took bronze, winning his first match with a footlock then losing a close one in the semis, the lads coming on week by week and putting some serious time in so it's just a matter of time before he's winning everything (and duffing up his coach) 🤣

The big man Michal took silver after facing an absolute until in the finals, no doubt he will win it next year though!

Buzzing my mate Adam Host stepped in and competed for the first time since he was a wipper snapper purple belt 🤝

Took silver yesterday in my division (masters 1 heavy) at the British Open, won a decision and then got submitted in the finals, no excuses I took a lot from both matches

Felt good to get back on the competition mats, looking forward to being more active in competitions (more than one per year🤣) first quarter of 2025🫡
