**What a night for Sapcote Cricket Ladies! 🏏💖🔥**

Our first indoor league game and a brilliant win tonight! A proper team effort all round 💪 The bowling was on fire 🎯🔥 and the fielding was absolutely spot on 👐⚡

Huge thanks to the opposition too 👏💖 a great game played in an amazing atmosphere 🙌

Massive well done to everyone involved and thank you for another cracking performance 🏏✨

What a fabulous season it’s been for NCC and also ladies cricket in general!

Following our club awards I am very proud to share our ladies section achievements.

In our Greens side Alice was awarded the well deserved player of the season.

In our Violets side Aliyah earned her title as the stand out player of the season.

Katie Yates was given clubman of the year. A title for which there is no bigger honour.

It is not all about winning awards, what really matters is every single lady that got involed in our team. NCC started with just four players two years ago. Today we have grown phenomenally to push for a potential 3 teams. That’s something to celebrate and keep going. What a year!

🌟 Girls’ Dynamo Cricket Sessions! 🌟

Nuneaton Cricket Club are supporting Girls’ Dynamo Cricket Sessions for ages 8–11 years, running over two days during the October half term at Etone Sports Hall! 🏏💥

🗓 Dates:

➡️ Thursday 30th October

🕤 Time: 09:30 – 13:30

The aim of these sessions is to involve more girls in cricket, helping them develop their skills, make new friends, and most importantly — have fun! 💪🎉

Huge congratulations to Nuneaton Greens, who have claimed the title of 2025 League Winners! 👏🏆

Thank you to all teams who took part this season – it’s been an incredible journey. We were thrilled to welcome back some familiar faces and meet plenty of new ones.

The feedback has been fantastic, and we witnessed some amazing matches, true sportsmanship, and friendships formed along the way.

The final showdown between Nuneaton Greens and Pick of the League was a thrilling end to the season, with the Greens successfully retaining their title. It was a brilliant evening, with an excellent turnout and plenty of support in the crowd.

Thank you once again to everyone who made this season so special. We can’t wait to do it all again soon!
