A little heads up that Strength Space will be closed from Thursday 18th – Sunday 21st as it’s competition season and I’m heading off to the Lakes! 🏔️💪

Strength Space is turning O N E ✨
ONE year of showing up.
ONE year of graft.
ONE year of building something from the ground up.
Thursday 26th March – let’s celebrate:

This past 365 days has been everything… exciting, exhausting, rewarding, overwhelming – all in one. Running your own business is wild. No switching off, no clocking out – just early mornings, late nights and constantly finding ways to make this space better.
Someone said to me recently, “you’re not the type of person who gives up”… and they’re right – I’ll always find a way.
What started as an idea is now a place full of people pushing themselves, chasing their own goals, backing each other and getting stronger – physically and mentally. That’s what it’s all about.
To everyone who’s supported, trained, messaged, shared or cheered from the sidelines… thank you. You’ve helped build this.
And this is just the beginning. Big things coming in year two.
Everyone is welcome – whether you’ve trained here from day one or you’ve never stepped through the doors before.

All it took was a bit of sunshine, some warmth and a few extra hours of daylight to get those running shoes laced up again ☀️👟
Brilliant turnout tonight for Stride – an out-and-back route and PB after PB for the crew!
