We apologies for closing the gym this morning but we were so excited to get our 2 newest bits of equipment put in.

We have put up our new boxing bag and installed the StairMaster!!!

We will be closed between the hours of 10am - 2:30pm due to an exciting equipment installation.

I posted a wee sneak at a delivery last week which will be going up this weekend due to some delays in the delivery of some bit for it.

Trying to get a work out in is a trial in itself for some people, trying to squeeze it around work, children and other commitments, but even coming in to work out while on your period can feel impossible.

We wanted to make sure we could make it a bit easier to feel like stepping out your door. Don’t worry if you forget anything we have it all here for you.

Just bring you and you will smash it, we will cover the rest.

All we ask is that you are respectful of the products we have supplied and that they are there for everyone

We have heard from a few people about ankle straps for the cable machine. Luckily they were already on there way to us!!

We have officially been open for one week and I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has signed up, visited the gym and has messaged us with their amazing comments.

We have had such a positive response from people and can only hope it continues.

We have put a QR code outside the door for anyone looking to sign up for day passes or full memberships, which we hope helps people when they come to the gym and avoid having to find everything online.
