This is Freddie the son of 2 of my dearest friends Tori & Vicks, they are 2 of the most gorgeous and kind humans on the planet & have helped me through some incredibly tough times. What they are going through is beyond devastating and they need all the help and support they can get. Their son Freddie who is 2 and a half had an accident at home which has left him with a brain injury which will require ongoing treatmwnts and therapies so, they have set up a go fund me page to try and raise funds for this. I’m reaching out to ask for anyones support, whether you can donate or simply share the fundraiser, every little bit helps and is greatly appreciated. And if anyone can think of other ways I can raise money for them all suggestions welcomed xx

Practice & Progress

Practice Practice Practice and a lot of the stuff that was scaring me now doesn't. I really felt like I'd built up some amazing strength but then I went on holiday and then was ill for 2 weeks. 1st session back was better than I thought but it was definitely tough. Thanks for your encouragement and patience & I am raring to get back to you! Never giving up on these moves, I will get them!

Working on my next set of strength moves. It is going to take a lot of hard work and practice to get these. One of the things I love about Pole is there is always a next level to master and wow can I feel the strength I'm going to need to achieve these!! Bring on the grit and determination. Thanks and for all your support

I haven't been the most well so had to have a week off Pole and also missed some gym sessions, Pilates and cycling (indoors) because my foot is just not up to running yet, but I have still tried to maintain as much consistency as I could whilst also resting.

The gymnast in me likes to repeat everything thousands of times because she can always spot things that could be made better so here's some of me going over and over stuff which still needs a lot more work!

Building up strength & combating fear over some new moves and getting forgetful and muddled upside down and then getting cramp and gremlin feet. Pole brings me absolute and pure joy and Pilates and weights are helping build my strength and flexibility to achieve some new skills 😀 thanks
& you are both incredible

Please can you post this warning ‼️ Tues 10th June circa 6.15pm, I was walking my dog and 2 young lads age about 13yrs old cycling in Hawkwood, one had his bike stolen at knifepoint, close to the Willett stone memorial.
The scumbags who stole it were on a moped in the woods, one took the boy's bike and they both sped off. Parents were called, boys were physically not hurt but understandably very shaken up. Such a shame it’s not safe to let your kids play out on a summer’s evening without risking being robbed at knifepoint.
Image of the stolen bike, quite distinctive colour.
