Do you train hard enough?

When I say hard doesn't mean lifting heavy weight, i mean intensity and efforts
Lifting weights is ART you have to master the basics first in order to get stronger.

Wicked leg day at with my mate we made sure that no reps left in the tank

Do you fuel your body before training?

Do you prioritise protein?

Having good profile food before training will ensure that you will have a good training session, performance will be ⏫,

Make sure you eat 2 hours before your training to allow your body to fully digest the food so you can utilize it during training as you se some people eat and train straight away this is not good as it will give digestion problems.

Learn how to layout training plan 🔽🔽

🔴 There are so many training splits out there and they all work and serve their purpose to layout a training structure then you have to have a goal in mind unless you go to the gym for general wellbeing then you can do whatever really, once the goal is in place then you start with 3-4 compounded a movement that you enjoy and perform correctly and you get incredibly strong at then over time and with that, you can add single-joint movement (isolation) to better target the muscles group you are training. The main thing here is whatever you choose to follow make sure you stick to it, do it more often and improve your technique and be consistent to see results
 
🔴Are you training towards your goals, it is very important that your training structure align with your goals otherwise you will be wasting time trying to achieve something you are not training toward. So many trainees get fascinated by other trainees or IG influencers training like (oh his/her it must be good so I’ll do it as well) no don’t get caught on what everyone is doing do what works for you and your goals. ((if not sure how to do this then investing in a coach is the way to go))

🔴Adjusting your training plan depens on your progress and goals, you see a lot of gym-goers follow the plan for 3-4 weeks then they get bored and completely change the whole structure, this is very wrong you don’t change for the sake of it,  when there is a new movement introduced to your program your nervous system might take up to 3 weeks to properly learn the movement and contract the targeted muscles effectively so make sure you stick to your training structure for long enough and improve everything you can improve from ex*****on to strength and when you are getting very strong at it and it’s not very effective then you can think of changing it.
