Our Saturday morning Qigong class was pure calm and connection 🍃a group of wonderful people moving, breathing, and sharing energy together.
There’s something special about practicing in a circle, feeling everyone’s presence, grounding in stillness, and lifting our energy as one. By the end, the smiles said it all, lighter, brighter, and more centred for the day ahead.
