Some walking football players and referees are being misled by an organisation's interpretation of FA LOTG on walking. It states that players must walk at a 'moderate pace.' This is not the case and players or referees should not determine that walking footballers may not walk as fast as they are able to and have to moderate their walking speed.

You can take part individually or as a team, setting a combined target.
If you can get together with 3 friends or work colleagues and all walk 10000 steps a day, you could achieve over 1 million steps in May! Or if you're busy you can do it relay style and take it in turns each day to complete your steps. We want our challenges to be inclusive so everyone can take part and help us raise vital funds to support young people who use EAL and are struggling at school.
